I recommend you to use bluetooth driver for the following thinkpad models which was provided for windows 10:

• ThinkPad Edge E430, E435
• ThinkPad Edge E530, E535
• ThinkPad Edge E445, E545

I installed the above bluetooth driver for my Y580 after installing windows 10 and it works without any problem to me.

Yes, I already installed the driver but it doesn’t detect any bluetooth in my system tho I already enable bluetooth using Energy Management Win7. Any suggestion?

If the driver installed,

(1) For you reference, see the URL below to compare the bluetooth hardware list in Y580 and the driver install screen of ThikPad E420.

In case of my Y580, the bluetooth hardware seems to be BCM4313-20702,

(2) In the device manager of you PC, confirm whether you can find the bluetooth deivce installed by the driver obtained from ThinkPad E430. In case of me, after installing the driver, I can find the Broadcom bluetooth 4.0 USB in the device manager in my Y580.

(3) If yes, did you make a paring between your PC and bluetooth device such as headset or smart phone?

It seems that i have Broadcomm network adapter and Qualcomm Atheros installed. Not sure which part is making the problem.

I have done everything including what you have mentioned but to no avail. We just have to accept it that Lenovo Y580 is not meant for Win 10. This model is not future proof and that’s what I’m very upset with.
